To allow the downloaded compiled maps to be seen inside Mapsource, you need to use MapSetToolKit that you downloaded earlier. Make sure Mapsource is not running when you follow these steps:
1. Launch MapSetToolKit
2. Click the Install button
3. Enter these values: (depending on the location of your binaries folder)
4. Click Apply and Exit MapSetToolKit
5. Launch Mapsoure then click View Menu > Swith to product > MasmapTiles
You should now be able to see the compiled maps in Mapsource.
